- 2 servings dry angel hair pasta
- Olive oil, to taste
- 4 anchovies, packed in oil
- 8 cloves garlic, minced
- 10.5 ounces cherry tomatoes, halved
- Dried oregano
- Dried basil
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
- Halved, pitted Kalamata olives, to taste
